Refund & Cancellation Policy

General Principle

Because ACRON Ventures acts as an assistance and coordination service rather than the direct provider of most underlying financial products, refund and cancellation terms for a given transaction are primarily governed by the relevant bank, card issuer, payment partner, lender, airline, Indian Railways/IRCTC, or insurer - not by ACRON Ventures alone.

Credit Card & EMI Card Assistance

Once a card-based cash assistance transaction has been processed by the relevant payment partner or issuer, it generally cannot be reversed by ACRON Ventures. Any service fee charged by ACRON Ventures for facilitating the transaction is generally non-refundable once the service has been rendered, except where required by law.

Flight & Train Bookings

Cancellations and refunds for flight and train bookings are governed entirely by the respective airline's fare rules or Indian Railways/IRCTC cancellation policy. Any applicable refund will be processed as per those third-party policies, and any cancellation charges levied by the airline or IRCTC will apply.

Courier Services

Once a courier pickup has been scheduled and confirmed with the courier partner, cancellation terms depend on the specific courier provider's policy at the time of booking.

Loan & Insurance Assistance

Loan disbursement and insurance policy issuance are governed by the respective lender's or insurer's terms. Any assistance fee charged by ACRON Ventures for coordination is handled separately and explained to you before you proceed.
